Classic Artist of the Month

 

Brass Construction formed in Brooklyn, NY in the late 1960's.  They have been on the forefront of Funk music and kicks off our "Funky February" on our Coool Classic Artists Today^© (Coool CAT^©), syndicated radio show.  They hit their peak in 1976 with two charting hits - Movin' and Changin'.

Throughout the years, Brass Construction has had 17 singles reach the charts.  With several originial members still active in the band, they have been spending time in the studio.  We'll be spinning one of the first tunes from these sessions!  Look for a new album from the band later this year.  Find out the latest from the band at www.brassconstruction.com
